Who we are looking for? The successful candidate shall be financially secure and have extensive sales management or teaching background. Must be able to cultivate, develop and build a sales force to professionally represent our company. Final Flat Roof will perform an onsite one-week training seminar for all your recruited sales reps and installers. At the end of the training everyone will be able to master our exclusive sales system. Final Flat Roof offers a rewarding compensation package. For every 1000's gallons sold monthly in your state you will earn $12,000.00. If you build a distributorship that moves 1500 gallons per month you will earn $22,500.
